Water Bottles. Cashiers shall be allowed to have an Employer approved water bottle at their work locations provided the bottle is stored out of public sight and the employee exercises common courtesy with customers when consuming water.

LETTER #9 FAMILY RESPONSIBILITY LEAVE Any employee with more than one year’s service with the Employer may request and be granted a leave of absence or absences which shall not exceed five (5) days of unpaid leave in total per calendar year. The purpose of this leave shall be to enable the employee to attend to the needs of their ailing spouse (including common law spouse), parent (including parent in-law) or child (including stepchild). The Employer will be given as much notice as possible in such events. In unusual cases and where the circumstances of the request require further verification the Employer may require additional information regarding the purpose of the leave. LETTER #10
