Common use of Food Service and Meal Plans Clause in Contracts

Food Service and Meal Plans. Food services are provided for Residents in the Dining Centers as part of the Housing Agreement. ALL students required to live on campus must purchase a residential meal plan. Meal plans are for the entire academic year or the duration of the Housing Agreement. Residents agree to observe all published and posted rules concerning Food Services and Dining Centers. The financial obligations concerning Food Service payments are part of the Housing Agreement and are subject to the schedules and requirements as described above.
