F.O.P. Examination of Pay Records. The Council or a representative shall have the right to examine time sheets and other records pertaining to the computation of compensation of any Employee whose pay is the subject of a grievance or any other records of the Employee pertaining to a specific grievance at reasonable times with the Employee's consent, except those records not pertaining to a specific grievance or those records excluded under the Personnel Files Article of this Agreement unless that particular Article is the subject of a grievance.
