FOP/OLC Pledge. The FOP/OLC agrees not to interfere with the rights of employees to not become members of the FOP/OLC, and there shall be no restraint or coercion by the FOP/OLC or its representatives against any employee exercising the right to abstain from membership in the FOP/OLC.
