Common use of For Less than Full Clause in Contracts

For Less than Full. Time Employees Regular employees scheduled to work less than forty (40) hours per week and/or less than twelve (12) months per full fiscal year are entitled to that proportion of ninety-six (96) hours of "earned" sick leave per fiscal year as the employee's number of scheduled work hours relates to a full-time work schedule.
