Common use of For Pregnancy Leaves Clause in Contracts

For Pregnancy Leaves. or Parental Leaves taken by a Teacher in respect of a child born or a child which comes into the custody, care and control of the Teacher for the first time on or after December 31, 2000, up to seventeen (17) weeks of Pregnancy Leave, and up to thirty-five (35) weeks of Parental leave for a Teacher who took a Pregnancy leave or up to thirty-seven (37) weeks of Parental leave for other Teachers, will be credited in determining the position of a Teacher on the Teacher Experience Schedule.
