Spring Semester Cancellation of this contract, for any reason, more than (5) five business days after receiving a room assignment will result in a Liquidated Fee of $500 to be placed on the student’s account.
Fall Semester The ITRC chair will facilitate the second year of the tenure review process for each probationary faculty member.
One Semester Summer 2022 A Only Date of Cancellation Total Cost of Cancelled Agreement Upon Move Out
Contract Year A twelve (12) month period during the term of the Agreement commencing on the Effective Date and each anniversary thereof.
Contract Quarterly Sales Reports The Contractor shall submit complete Quarterly Sales Reports to the Department’s Contract Manager within 30 calendar days after the close of each State fiscal quarter (the State’s fiscal quarters close on September 30, December 31, March 31, and June 30). Reports must be submitted in MS Excel using the DMS Quarterly Sales Report Format, which can be accessed at xxxxx://xxx.xxx.xxxxxxxxx.xxx/business_operations/ state_purchasing/vendor_resources/quarterly_sales_report_format. Initiation and submission of the most recent version of the Quarterly Sales Report posted on the DMS website is the responsibility of the Contractor without prompting or notification from the Department’s Contract Manager. If no orders are received during the quarter, the Contractor must email the DMS Contract Manager confirming there was no activity.
Night Shift Employees who regularly work a full shift of eight (8) hours or more on night shift as defined in Section 12.6.1 (Types of Shifts), which includes four (4) hours or more between the hours of 12:00 midnight and 7:00 a.m., shall be paid their regular salary plus ten percent (10%) of their monthly salary per month, provided that in the case of any employee who is regularly assigned to night-shift work for less than an entire work week, the additional payment shall be made only for the portion of the work week worked on the night-shift assignment.
OPTIONAL TWELVE-MONTH PAY PLAN 1. Where the Previous Collective Agreement does not contain a provision that allows an employee the option of receiving partial payment of annual salary in July and August, the following shall become and remain part of the Collective Agreement.
Yeah Well I mean I think look, we (done all the credit checks) within the last 12 months. So and I’ve been throw all the accreditation process very recently. And I’ve been talking to the Registrar Liaison Team about, you know, the entire experience. I mean the - I’d actually go so far as to say I mean at the moment the way it is, it’s - there are quite a lot of checks. You do have to basically state that, you know, you’re not a criminal. That you haven’t done this, you haven’t done that as Xxxxx rightly points out. If you were to start writing in very specific clauses and it would probably cause more problems then it would actually solve because don’t forget ICANN is in many respects very much an American centered organization in terms of references that are posed in a lot of these documents are very, very much American centered. And while under our European law we as a company are required to comply at a much higher level than what would seem to be the case for some of our American counterparts. The manner in which that is actually checked in an American context versus the way it can be checked with an European context is very, very different. So I’d be against, very much against the idea of prescribing anything far too specific because I can just see it causing more headaches. Xxxxx Xxxxxxxx: Okay, any other comments on this? Let me suggest on this one that there really are two parts here. One is the due diligence part prior to accreditation. And as Xxxxx said, that application appears to be under review. And I assume Xxxx that you or your Compliance Team is involved in that review. Xxxxx Xxxx: We are Xxxxx. Xxxxx Xxxxxxxx: Okay. So that’s - that may not be an RAA issue strictly speaking. As far as the second - after someone has been accredited, I think the question is the specificity with which ICANN’s ability to audit is spelled out and whether for example there ought to be a specific provision on that. Because again under Section 3.14 I do believe we have the authority here to initiate any reasonable contractual compliance audit on any of the terms and conditions. Night Shift Differential 1. An employee who works an assigned night shift shall, in addition to his or her regular salary, be paid a night shift differential for each hour actually worked on the assigned night shift.
Assuming Bank Portfolio Sales of Remaining Single Family Shared-Loss Loans The Assuming Bank shall have the right with the concurrence of the Receiver to liquidate for cash consideration, from time to time in one or more transactions, all or a portion of Single Family Shared-Loss Loans held by the Assuming Bank at any time prior to the Termination Date (“Portfolio Sales”). If the Assuming Bank exercises its option under this Section 4.1, it must give thirty (30) days notice in writing to the Receiver setting forth the details and schedule for the Portfolio Sale which shall be conducted by means of sealed bid sales to third parties, not including any of the Assuming Bank’s affiliates, contractors, or any affiliates of the Assuming Bank’s contractors. Sales of Restructured Loans shall be sold in a separate pool from Single Family Shared-Loss Loans not restructured. The Receiver’s review of the Assuming Bank’s proposed Portfolio Sale will be considered in a timely fashion and approval will not be unreasonably withheld, delayed or conditioned.
