Common use of For Temporary Military Service Clause in Contracts

For Temporary Military Service. A member who is a member of the organized militia, or who is a member of another reserve component of the armed forces of the United States, is entitled to be absent from duty without loss of pay for such time as he is in the military service on field training or active duty for periods not to exceed thirty-one (31) days in any one (1) calendar year.
