FORCE MAJEURE AND ACTS OF GOD. A party shall be relieved from an obligation (other than the obligation to make payments) while a cause outside the reasonable control of the party prevents the performance of such obligation.

Cancellation of a course or other aspects of the IÉSEG International Summer Academy as a result of illness, acts of God or otherwise unforeseeable events or developments may occur. In such a case, participants are not entitled to have such courses or other aspects take place or carried out.

This stipulated timetable for Completion is subject to events of force majeure, or other usual causes of extension of delivery periods, such as bad weather, including mistral wind, strike, whether general of affecting the building or any of the building companies working on the site, receivership or judicial liquidation of any of the companies carrying out the works, court injunctions or administrative injunctions having the effect of suspending or halting works, disorders caused by insurrection or building site accidents. In case of occurrence of a force majeure event or of legitimate grounds for postponement, the date scheduled for Completion shall be postponed by a period equal to the duration of the relevant event having impeded continued performance of the works.
FORCE MAJEURE AND ACTS OF GOD. Voluntrek shall not be responsible for any loss, cancellation, damage, injury, failure or delay in the compliance of its obligations hereunder, in the event they occur due to Acts of God or Force Majeur, including but not limited to fire, flood, storms, lightning, earthquakes, strikes, unavoidable accidents, war (declared or undeclared), obstructions, legal restraints, insurrections or any other Act of God or event outside the reasonable control of Voluntrek or the Partner Organization.
FORCE MAJEURE AND ACTS OF GOD. GeoTel Corporation, Newz Group, and its agents will not be liable for delay or default in the performance of its obligations under this Agreement if such delay or default is caused by conditions beyond our control, including but not limited to any act of God, fire, natural disaster, flood, accident, storm, act of government, acts of war, epidemic, riot, government interference, sabotage, failure of suppliers or subcontractors, undetermined-source damage, strikes and/or walkouts.
FORCE MAJEURE AND ACTS OF GOD. When the tourism service is not provided due to force majeure or acts of God, the Agency shall be entitled to a full refund of the payments made. If the tourism service has been partially provided, the Agency shall only be entitled to a proportional refund of the service provided, for which the refund shall not be less than one-third of the total cost of the tourism service. the order of the tourism services indicated in this Contract for better development or for justified reasons, as long as the quantity and quality of the contracted tourism services are respected. This shall be with the written authorization of the Agency, regardless of the reason, which must be substantiated. The Agency may not make changes to dates, routes, or services without prior authorization from AZABACHE. If such changes incur a cost, this will be indicated in the Annex of this Contract.

LVBIA and the Event Manager shall have no liability whatsoever for any matter or thing resulting from strikes, riots crime lockouts, fire, act of terrorism or war, or an event described by the legal term act of God such as hurricane, flooding, earthquake etc. that shall prevent one or both parties from fulfilling their obligations herein.

RVBIA and the Event Manager shall have no liability whatsoever for any matter or thing resulting from strikes, riots, crime, lockouts, fire, act of terrorism or war, or an event described by the legal term act of God such as hurricane, flooding, earthquake etc. that shall prevent one or both parties from fulfilling their obligations herein.

In the event Xxxxxx is unable to perform its obligations under the terms of this agreement due to circumstances beyond its control like terrorism, a pandemic, war, labour strikes, adverse weather conditions, etc., Xxxxxx will not be liable to provide any refund for services not delivered due to such circumstances.

In the event Avanza is unable to perform its obligations under the terms of this agreement due to circumstances beyond its control like terrorism, a pandemic, war, labour strikes, adverse weather conditions, etc., Avanza will not be liable to provide any refund for services not delivered due to such circumstances.
