Bad Weather. The Consultant will take all reasonable steps to mitigate against risk associated with bad weather and the incurring of additional costs as a result. The Consultant shall ensure that operations are undertaken efficiently and effectively to maximise data acquisition time and minimise downtime with due consideration of the quality of the data. In the event that weather conditions are considered to be adversely affecting the quality of the data being collected, the Consultant will contact the Cefas representative for advice on the merits of continuing the survey on any particular day. The Consultant will also keep a daily survey log, which provides some detail of survey activities for each day. This log will include incidents when, and reasons why, survey work did not take place. The Consultant will provide a summary survey log to the Cefas representative on a weekly basis including costs incurred to date to be charged to Cefas.
Bad Weather. 20.3.1 If the Seasonal Worker is excused at the start of the tour due to bad weather, the employee will receive a two (2) hour "show-up" pay. If the Seasonal Worker is excused after thirty (30) minutes of the start of the tour, the minimum payment will be four (4) hours.

In the event the City closes the offices of the Government Center as a result of bad weather and pays the salaries of those hourly employees who are excused, the City shall grant to those bargaining unit employees who are required to work compensatory time off for the period of time the employee works while the offices are closed to a maximum of eight (8) hours per day plus the regular pay for the time worked.
Bad Weather. School bus drivers will be paid the Special Work Rate for all standby time excluding the time allocated for school routes. School bus drivers will be paid regular rates for up to ten (10) weather related cancellations.

5.1 We have a no refund policy. Refund can only be made if booking being cancelled up to 24hrs prior the event for bad weather only.
5.2 Bad weather includes winds of over 25km per hour, rain and temperatures over 38 degrees 5.3 In the event of forecasted bad weather, it is the customer’s responsibility to organise suitable shelter or provisions for the equipment. If suitable provisions are not made and the equipment can’t be used, the customer is liable for full payment.
Bad Weather. 24.01 No time will be lost by Craft employees who report for duty at the regularly scheduled starting time and perform no work because of bad weather.
24.02 The supervisor in charge shall determine if the weather is such as to permit the employees to perform their work without undue hazard to their health and safety.
24.03 However, the correctness of the supervisor’s opinion regarding the severity of the weather is subject to processing under the grievance procedure.
Bad Weather. Bedford will do as much as possible to make sure employees are safe at work in really bad weather conditions. Sometimes employees might work in different areas or if there is no other work or training available they may be able to go home early.
Bad Weather. Captain’s Hideaway Powersports Rentals, LLC reserves the right to cancel this rental agreement due to inclement or impending bad weather. Rental fees will be prorated based on the time used. Captain's Hideaway Powersports Rentals, LLC's ability to provide a rental UTV/TRAILER, if reserved, is contingent upon and subject to the return of the unit by the previous RENTER.
Bad Weather. If inclement weather results in tournament being cancelled for safety concerns, there will be no refunds of entry fees. If day one is cancelled, the tournament will be reduced to Saturday only. Should Saturday need to be cancelled due to safety concerns, a drawing will be held for places and subsequent prizes.

In the event of bad weather that prohibits the usage of the facility for the entirety of the rental, the rental can be rescheduled for a future date (only for the same season and at the discretion of the City) or a full refund will be issued. In the event of bad weather that prohibits the usage of the facility for only a portion of the rental, no refund will be issued.
