Forecasting and Budgeting. Supplier shall provide the following information to Client for its forecasting and budgeting processes: (1) base utilization; (2) changes to the environment impacting known Client costs or resource utilization; and (3) opportunities to modify or improve the Services to reduce the Charges (e.g., through reductions in resource utilization, process improvements or increases in productivity) and pass-through expenses incurred by Client.
