Forfeiture of Benefits. Executive acknowledges that violation of any of the prohibitions or covenants of this Section 8 may result in the forfeiture of rights to benefits or compensation under one or more benefit or compensation plans of the Company which contain such forfeiture provisions, and will result in his obligation to pay liquidated damages as provided in Section 11.
