Forfeiture of Deduction. If, after all voluntary insurance premium deductions and other voluntary deductions are made in any pay period, the balance is not sufficient to pay the deduction of AFT dues, fair share fee, or contribution to a charitable fund required by this Article, no such deduction shall be made for the current pay period.
