Form of Registrations. All Long-Form Registrations will be underwritten registrations unless otherwise approved by the Sponsor Investors. Demand Registrations will be Short-Form Registrations whenever the Company is permitted to use any applicable short form unless otherwise requested by the Sponsor Investors.
Form of Registrations. All Long-Form Registrations will be underwritten registrations unless otherwise approved by the Majority Holders. Demand Registrations will be Short-Form Registrations whenever the Company is permitted to use any applicable short form and if the managing underwriters (if any) and the Majority Holders agree to the use of a Short-Form Registration.
Form of Registrations. Demand Registrations will be Short-Form Registrations whenever the Company is permitted to use any applicable short form. The Company will use its reasonable best efforts to make Short-Form Registrations available for the sale of Registrable Securities.

Demand Registrations will be Short-Form Registrations whenever the Company is permitted to use any applicable short form unless otherwise requested by the Holders of a majority of the LCP Registrable Securities, in the case of a Demand Request initiated by such Holders, or the Holders of a majority of the GIC Registrable Securities, in the case of a Demand Request initiated by such Holders (but subject to the limitations contained herein with respect to Long-Form Registrations).
Form of Registrations. All Long-Form Registrations will be underwritten registrations and must have an aggregate anticipated offering price of at least $75,000,000. Demand Registrations will be Short-Form Registrations whenever the Company is permitted to use any applicable short form.

Demand Registrations will be Short-Form Registrations whenever the Company is permitted to use any applicable short form unless the Company, in its sole discretion, elects not to the use of a Short-Form Registration. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary herein, the Company shall not be obligated to effect, or take any action to effect, any Long-Form Registration during the period that is sixty (60) days before the Company’s good faith estimate of the date of filing of, and ending on a date that is one hundred eighty (180) days after the effective date of, a Company-initiated registration; provided that the Company is actively employing in good faith commercially reasonable efforts to cause such registration statement to become effective.
Form of Registrations. Demand Registrations will be on a Short-Form Registration Statement whenever the Company is permitted to use Form S-3 or any similar short-form registration statement.
