Formal Grievance to Xxxx. If the grievance is not satisfactorily resolved in Step 2 or if the grievant receives no response from the chair/director by the response deadline, the grievant may within three (3) days of the response or resolution deadline submit the grievance, as described in Step 1, to the xxxx of the school. The parties to the grievance may meet to discuss a resolution. No later than five (5) days after the receipt of the notice from the aggrieved, the xxxx of school shall provide a written response to the grievant either granting, denying, or modifying the resolution sought, and providing a reasonable timeframe to complete the resolution.
