  • Intervention If the Commission finds deficiencies in the School's performance or legal compliance, the Commission and the School shall follow the Intervention Protocol attached as Exhibit D. Intervention may be initiated when the Commission finds that the School has failed to:

  • Behavioral Interventions Committee This committee develops and monitors procedures for using behavioral interventions in accordance with Board policy 7:230, Misconduct by Students with Disabilities, and provides information and recommendations to the Board. At the Board President's discretion, the Parent-Teacher Advisory Committee shall perform the duties assigned to the Behavioral Interventions Committee.

  • COMPETENT SUPERVISORY AUTHORITY Identify the competent supervisory authority/ies in accordance with Clause 13 Where the data exporter is established in an EU Member State: The supervisory authority with responsibility for ensuring compliance by the data exporter with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 as regards the data transfer shall act as competent supervisory authority. Where the data exporter is not established in an EU Member State, but falls within the territorial scope of application of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 in accordance with its Article 3(2) and has appointed a representative pursuant to Article 27(1) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679: The supervisory authority of the Member State in which the representative within the meaning of Article 27(1) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 is established shall act as competent supervisory authority.

  • Formal Investigation Once the matter has been brought to the attention of the Store executive, an internal investigation of the complaint will be conducted at which time the complainant will be requested to present, in writing, the particulars of the harassment. Such internal investigation will be initiated no later than ten (10) business days of the matter being brought to the attention of the Store executive, and shall be concluded no later than thirty (30) business days of the initiation of the investigation. Any extension of the aforementioned time frames must have the agreement of the complainant and the union if the complainant has chosen to involve it. Based on the outcome of the investigation, which will be provided in writing upon the completion of the investigation, to both the complainant and the union, should the complainant consent to this disclosure, it will be determined if there has been a breach of Company policy on harassment, and the appropriate action will be taken in the event that harassment is determined to have occurred. STEP THREE - SUBSEQUENT INCIDENTS Subsequent incidents should immediately be reported and followed by a written description to the most senior store executive involved in Step Two for further investigation and disciplinary action, if confirmed, with a copy to the union Chairperson with the consent of the complainant. After all steps of the Harassment Protection Policy have been exhausted, if the incident has not been resolved to the satisfaction of the employee, the employee may file a grievance at Step 2 of the grievance procedure.

  • Nurse is an employee included in the Bargaining Unit described in Article 2.00.

  • Formal grievance proceedings shall be initiated by formal written notice of grievance to the other Party. Notice of grievance shall specify the provision or provisions of this Agreement at issue in the dispute, including also, where appropriate, reference to past practices or other established procedures incorporated in this Agreement by articles of inclusion, and the remedy or remedies being sought.
