Formal Procedure for Grievances. Grievances may be filed by an employee in the bargaining unit, on his or her behalf, or by the Professional Staff Congress on its behalf, or by the Professional Staff Congress on behalf of any employee or group of employees in the bargaining unit. Grievances involving employees in more than one College of the University may be filed by the PSC initially at Step 2 of the grievance procedure.
