Formal Resolution. A. Level I 1. Step I: a. The grievant shall submit a written grievance (on the appropriate form) to his/her the immediate supervisor within 15 fifteen (15) days following knowledge after the informal discussion of the alleged violation specifying or, if there was no such discussion, within fifteen (15) days after the area believed to be violated employee knew or should have known of the incident upon which the grievance is based.
