Formal Step. a. Level One (1) An employee whose grievance is not resolved at the Informal Step may, within thirty (30) days of the occurrence or event on which the grievance is based, file with the appropriate administrator a written grievance on the grievance form, provided by the Association and attached hereto as Appendix A. The grievant shall specify the provision or provisions of this Agreement alleged to be violated, misinterpreted, misapplied or misunderstood and the resolution expected. (2) The appropriate administrator shall: (a) Meet with the grievant within five (5) days of receipt of the written grievance; (b) Within five (5) days from the meeting date referred to in (2)(a) above, submit a written response to the grievant and the Association.
