Formal Step. 1) If the teacher is not satisfied with the informal discussion, the teacher shall place the grievance in writing and present it to the designated supervisor or principal within five (5) days following the informal conference. 2) The teacher may again meet and discuss the matter alone or together with his association representative. 3) A written and signed disposition of the grievance shall be made within five (5) days by the designated supervisor or principal.
