Forwarding of Union Dues. (a) The Company agrees to deduct, from the wages of all employees covered by this agreement, union dues as will be decided by the Union. These deductions will commence with the first pay period and will be forwarded to the Union at the end of each pay period, together with a list of employees from whom deductions have been made. The Union will notify the Company thirty (30) calendar days prior to any change in the deduction of union dues.
