FOUR DAY/TEN HOUR SHIFT. For the four-ten (4/10) shift schedule, an established, uninterrupted, unpaid meal period of one-half (1/2) hour shall be scheduled during the posted dining hall hours of operation. In the event the meal period is not provided within the time frame set forth above, one-half (1/2) hour shall be paid at the appropriate overtime rate.
