Four Years Trained Teachers. (i) A Four Years Trained Teacher shall commence on Step 1 of the scale and progress according to normal years of (full-time equivalent) service. (ii) A Four Years Trained Teacher upon satisfying the requirements for classification as a Five Years Trained Teacher shall have his or her incremental position advanced one year with retention of normal incremental date and shall thereafter progress according to normal years of (full-time equivalent) service.
