FOURTH STEP (Board. If no satisfactory resolution of the grievance is reached at the third step, the grievant may within ten (10) days after the decision in the third step is rendered, request in writing that the grievance be submitted for hearing before the Board of Directors of the school district. Within thirty (30) days after receiving such request the Board of Directors or a hearing examiner appointed by the board, shall hold a hearing and render a decision. The decision shall be rendered within ten (10) days of the meeting.
