Fragile Goods and Valuable Items. You will, prior to the commencement of the removal or storage, give to Us written notice of any Goods which are of a fragile or brittle nature and which are not readily apparent as such, or which comprise jewellery, precious objects, works of art, money, collections of items or precision equipment in any case having a value in excess of $1,000.

Fragile Goods and Valuable Items. You will, prior to the commencement of the removal or storage, give to Us written notice of any Goods which are of a fragile or brittle nature and which are not readily apparent as such, or which comprise jewellery, precious stones, other precious objects, works of art, money, collections of items, deeds, securities or precision equipment in any case having a value in excess of $2,000. We may either refuse to carry any such goods or require them to be carried, at Your cost, by a higher security mode of transport if We consider it is inappropriate for them to be the subject of a general personal effects shipment.

If you do not, You warrant that You will not make a claim against us or hold Us responsible or liable in any way and will indemnify us for any loss, damage, expense and/or liability occurring as a result of the provision of Our Services in relation to such Goods.
Fragile Goods and Valuable Items. 31 The Customer will notify the Company in writing prior to the commencement of the Services if any of the Goods are of a fragile or brittle nature and which are not readily apparent as such, or which comprise jewellery, precious objects, works of art, money, collections of items or precision equipment in any case having a value in excess of $1,000. Certain goods (including electrical and mechanical appliances, computer equipment, scientific instruments and certain musical instruments for example) are inherently susceptible to suffer damage or disorder when transported. Unless that damage or disorder results from the want of due care or skill on the part of the Company, it will not be liable.

  • Fungible Goods and Materials For purposes of determining whether a good is an originating good:

  • GARBAGE DISPOSAL, RECYCLING, AND BIODEGRADABLE MATERIALS A. Concessionaire shall be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of the Concession Premises. Concessionaire shall ensure placement of all garbage and trash generated by the Concession Operation in designated containers and that said containers are emptied daily, or as more frequently required by Department, at a location within the Area designated by Department. Disposal costs from this latter location shall be borne by Department. Concessionaire shall provide such additional trash containers as may be required to keep the immediate Concession Premises clean at all times. The type of trash containers provided by Concessionaire shall be approved by Department prior to use.

  • Procurement of Goods and Works 3. Except as ADB may otherwise agree, Goods and Works shall only be procured on the basis of the methods of procurement set forth below:

  • Computer Equipment Recycling Program If this Contract is for the purchase or lease of computer equipment, then Contractor certifies that it is in compliance with Subchapter Y, Chapter 361 of the Texas Health and Safety Code related to the Computer Equipment Recycling Program and the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality rules in 30 TAC Chapter 328.

  • Goods and Works All goods and works required for the Project and to be financed out of the proceeds of the Financing shall be procured in accordance with the requirements set forth or referred to in Section I of the Procurement Guidelines, and with the provisions of this Section.
