Framework Management Personnel. Authority Authorised Officer(s) / Nominated Officer(s) The Authority will appoint an Authorised Officer to be responsible for the overall management of the Framework and will provide a Nominated Officer who will be responsible for undertaking the Client function in respect to the Services. The Authorised Officer and the Nominated Officer will be named prior to the commencement of the Framework Agreement. The Nominated Officer will be the first point of contact for any issues arising with the Framework Agreement and should any issues not be resolved by the Nominated Officer within 10 days, then the matter will be referred to the Authorised Officer, who will act as the second point of contact. Provider Nominated Representative(s) The Provider will appoint Framework Manager(s) to be responsible for the overall management of the Framework Agreement and will provide an Account Manager who will be a competent person to be responsible for the day-to-day performance of the contract. The Framework Manager(s) shall be that Senior Member(s) of the Provider’s Management Staff (of sufficient seniority to deal with all eventualities and emergencies) and should be contactable at all times during business hours 8.30am – 5pm. The Account Manager and the Framework Manager will be named prior to the commencement of the Framework Agreement. The Account Manager will be the first point of contact for any issues arising with the Framework Agreement and should any issues not be resolved by the Account Manager within 10 days, then the matter will be referred to the Framework Manager, who will act as the second point of contact.
