Common use of FRANCHISE FEE REVIEW Clause in Contracts

FRANCHISE FEE REVIEW. Not more than twice during the franchise term, the Township shall have the right to conduct a Franchise Fee review or audit of Comcast’s records reasonably related to the sources, amounts and computation of Gross Revenues. Any such Franchise Fee review or audit shall occur within sixty (60) months from the date the Township receives such payment, after which period any such payment shall be considered final. Within thirty (30) days of a written request, Comcast shall provide the Township with copies of financial records related to the Franchise Fee review or audit.
