Common use of FRANCHISE SUBJECT TO FEDERAL, STATE AND LOCAL LAWS Clause in Contracts

FRANCHISE SUBJECT TO FEDERAL, STATE AND LOCAL LAWS. This Franchise is subject to and shall be governed by all lawful and applicable provisions of federal, state and generally applicable local laws and regulations. This Franchise is further subject to all generally applicable ordinances and resolution of the Township. Without waiving any of its rights, the Township agrees that, to the extent any term of this Agreement is inconsistent with the terms of any Township cable franchise ordinance existing as of the Effective Date, this Agreement shall control.
