Free-On-Demand. Some free On Demand Content is only available if you subscribe to the channel or network providing the content. You can watch free On Demand Content at your convenience when available.
Free-On-Demand. If Licensor makes any Current Film licensed hereunder available for free-on-demand exhibition on a non-promotional basis in the Territory prior to its Availability Date (“Early FOD Exhibition”), each such Current Film shall be deemed an Exclusive EarlyEarlier Avail Date FilmTitle hereunder and shall count against the ten percent (10%) allowance set forth in Section 3.7.3.3.3. Licensor shall provide Licensee with written notice prior to its Availability Date of each Current Film made available for Early FOD Exhibition or for free- on-demand exhibition in the Territory at any time during its License Period (which disclosure shall be treated as confidential hereunder).
Free-On-Demand. If Licensor makes any Current Film licensed hereunder available for free-on-demand exhibition [on a non-promotional or non-advertiser supported basis], in the Territory prior to its Availability Date (“Early FOD Exhibition”), each such Current Film shall be deemed an Earlier Avail Title hereunder and shall count against the Applicable Percentage allowance set forth in Section 3.3. Licensor shall provide Licensee with written notice prior to its Availability Date of each Current Film made available for Early FOD Exhibition or for free-on- demand exhibition in the Territory at any time during its License Period (which disclosure shall be treated as confidential hereunder).
