FREE TIME. 9.1 There shall be no "free" or "time-off-the-clock" work practices under this Agreement. Any employee found by the Employer or the Union to be engaging in such unauthorized practice shall be subject to discipline, which may include termination. 9.2 Stock taking (inventory) or book work shall be paid at the appropriate rate, if bargaining unit employees perform the work. 9.3 Where time clocks are not provided, the Employer will provide time cards or time sheets to be completed accurately by the employees.
