Common use of Freedom from Communicable Disease Clause in Contracts

Freedom from Communicable Disease. Vendor shall require all persons assigned to perform Services at any school to show evidence that they are free from communicable disease, including tuberculosis. Acceptable evidence is described in the Illinois School Code, 105 ILCS 5/24-5. From time to time, the Board may require Vendor to demonstrate its compliance with the provisions of this Section.

Vendor Researcher shall require all persons assigned to perform Services at any school to show evidence that they are free from communicable disease, including tuberculosis. Acceptable evidence is described in the Illinois School Code, 105 ILCS 5/24-5. From time to time, the Board may require Vendor Researcher to demonstrate its compliance with the provisions of this Section. Per the scope of work for this contract, it is not anticipated that contractors will be onsite at any school.
