FREEDOM FROM REPRISALS. No reprisals of any kind shall be taken by the Board or any member of the administration against any aggrieved employee, any representative, any member of the Association, or any other participant in the grievance procedure by reason of such participation. Likewise, no reprisals of any kind shall be taken by the aggrieved employee of his/her representatives against administrators or the Board.
