Common use of Freedom of Choice Clause in Contracts

Freedom of Choice. The submission to the jurisdiction of the courts referred to in clause 31.2 (Submission to Jurisdiction) shall not (and shall not be construed so as to) limit the right of any Finance Party to take proceedings against any Obligor in any other court of competent jurisdiction nor shall the taking of proceedings in any one or more jurisdictions preclude the taking of proceedings in any other jurisdiction (whether concurrently or not) if and to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Freedom of Choice. The submission to the jurisdiction of the courts referred to in clause 31.2 Clause 33.2 (Submission to Jurisdiction) shall not (and shall not be construed so as to) limit the right of any Senior Finance Party to take proceedings against any Obligor in the courts of any country in which any Obligor has assets or in any other court of competent jurisdiction nor shall the taking of proceedings in any one or more jurisdictions preclude the taking of proceedings in any other jurisdiction (whether concurrently or not) if and to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Freedom of Choice. The submission to the jurisdiction of the courts referred to in clause 31.2 Clause 28.2 (Submission to Jurisdiction) shall not (and shall not be construed so as to) limit the right of the Security Agent or any other Finance Party to take proceedings against any Obligor in the courts of any country in which such Obligor has assets or in any other court of competent jurisdiction nor shall the taking of proceedings in any one or more jurisdictions preclude the taking of proceedings in any other jurisdiction (whether concurrently or not) if and to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Freedom of Choice. The submission to the jurisdiction of the courts referred to in clause 31.2 Clause 26.2 (Submission to Jurisdiction) shall not (and shall not be construed so as to) limit the right of any Senior Finance Party to take proceedings against any Obligor in the courts of any country in which any Obligor has assets or in any other court of competent jurisdiction nor shall the taking of proceedings in any one or more jurisdictions preclude the taking of proceedings in any other jurisdiction (whether concurrently or not) if and to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Freedom of Choice. The submission to the jurisdiction of the courts referred to in clause 31.2 7.2 (Submission to Jurisdiction) shall not (and shall not be construed so as to) limit the right of any Finance Party to take proceedings against any Obligor in any other court of competent jurisdiction nor shall the taking of proceedings in any one or more jurisdictions preclude the taking of proceedings in any other jurisdiction (whether concurrently or not) if and to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Freedom of Choice. The submission to the jurisdiction of the courts referred to in clause 31.2 7.2 (Submission to Jurisdiction) shall not (and shall not be construed so as to) limit the right of any Finance Party party hereto to take proceedings against any Obligor the other party in any other court of competent jurisdiction nor shall the taking of proceedings in any one or more jurisdictions preclude the taking of proceedings in any other jurisdiction (whether concurrently or not) if and to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Freedom of Choice. The submission to the jurisdiction of the courts referred to in clause 31.2 29.2 (Submission to Jurisdiction) shall not (and shall not be construed so as to) limit the right of any Mezzanine Finance Party to take proceedings against any Obligor in any other court of competent jurisdiction nor shall the taking of proceedings in any one or more jurisdictions preclude the taking of proceedings in any other jurisdiction (whether concurrently or not) if and to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Freedom of Choice. The submission to the jurisdiction of the courts referred to in clause 31.2 (Submission to JurisdictionSection 9.10(a) shall not (and shall not be construed so as to) limit the right of any Finance Party to take proceedings against the Parent and the Company in the courts of any Obligor country in which the Parent or the Company has assets or in any other court of competent jurisdiction nor shall the taking of proceedings in any one or more jurisdictions preclude the taking of proceedings in any other jurisdiction (whether concurrently or not) if and to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Freedom of Choice. The submission to the jurisdiction of the courts referred to in clause 31.2 Clause 33.2 (Submission to Jurisdiction) shall not (and shall not be construed so as to) limit the right of any Finance Party to take proceedings against any Obligor in any other court of competent jurisdiction nor shall the taking of proceedings in any one or more jurisdictions preclude the taking of proceedings in any other jurisdiction (whether concurrently or not) if and to the extent permitted by applicable law.
