Common use of Freedom Way Playground Location Clause in Contracts

Freedom Way Playground Location. (Lot #7): During the Initial Term of this Agreement, the mobile unit shall be open for business Sunday through Saturday from as soon as practicable after the Effective Date of this Agreement’s Initial Term through October 31st and Saturdays, Sundays and State Holidays from November 1st through December 31st (“Approved Days of Operation”). During any subsequent Renewal Term(s), the mobile unit shall be open for business Saturdays, Sundays and State Holidays from January 1st through March 31st and November 1st through December 31st, and Sunday through Saturday from April 1st through October 31st (“Approved Days of Operation”), during the Period of Operation. From January 1st through March 31st and November 1st through December 31st the mobile unit shall open and operate during the Approved Days of Operation between the “Core Business Hours” of noon through 4:30 p.m. From April 1st through October 31st the mobile unit shall open and operate during the Approved Days of Operation between the “Core Business Hours” of noon through 6:00 p.m. The mobile unit(s) must be prepped, fully operational, and capable of serving patrons not later than noon each day of the Approved Days of Operation.
