Common use of Freestanding Imaging Clause in Contracts

Freestanding Imaging. Freestanding imaging only: The member/dependent(s) will be required to have all (non-emergency) Imaging/Radiology services done at an in-network freestanding facility of their choice. All occurrences of emergency room visits and hospital admits are excluded from this requirement.
