Common use of French Language Documents Clause in Contracts

French Language Documents. A French translation of this document and the Plan will be made available to the Participant as soon as reasonably practicable upon written request. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in the Agreement, and unless the Participant indicates otherwise, the French translation of this document and the Plan will govern the Participant’s participation in the Plan.
