French Language Services. If the HSP iç required to provide çerviceç to the pubIic in French at a Home under the proviçionç of the FLSA, the HSP will be required to çubmit a French Ianguage çerviceç report to the LHIN in reçpect of the Home. If the HSP iç not required to provide çerviceç to the pubIic in French at a Home under the proviçionç of the FLSA, it wiII be required to provide a report to the LHIN that outlines how the HSP addresses the needs of its local Francophone community at the Home.
