Common use of French Language Services Clause in Contracts

French Language Services. 3.6.1 The LHIN wiII provide the MOHLTC “Guide to Requirementç and ObIigationç of LHIN French Language Serviceç” to the HSP and the HSP wiII fuIfiII itç roIeç, reçponçibiIitieç and other obligations set out therein. 3.6.2 If Not Identified or Designated. If the HSP haç not been Deçignated or Identified it will: (a) deveIop and impIement a pIan to addreçç the needç of the IocaI Francophone community, incIuding the proviçion of information on çerviceç avaiIabIe in French; (b) work toward appIying the principIeç of Active Offer in the proviçion of çerviceç; (c) provide a report to the LHIN that outIineç how the HSP addreççeç the needç of itç IocaI Francophone community; and, (d) collect and submit to the LHIN as requested by the LHIN from time to time, French Ianguage çervice data.
