Frequency and Certification of Training. The Contractor conducts and updates all Code of Conduct, Compliance training and employee certifications annually. The Ethics Awareness training is required and completed biennially. The Contractor requires that rosters of all employee certifications for Code of Conduct and Compliance training be maintained.
