Conduct and Compliance. 15.1. Partner conduct. Partner shall: (i) conduct business in a manner that reflects favorably at all times on the Oerings, goodwill and reputation of Wazuh; (ii) avoid deceptive, misleading or unethical practices that are or might be detrimental to Wazuh; and (iii) refrain from making any false or misleading representations or warranties with regard to Wazuh or the Oerings.

Conduct and Compliance. Service Provider Personnel shall (i) comply with applicable DIR Rules and other rules and regulations as further described in Section 6.3, (ii) comply with reasonable requests of DIR or the DIR Customers personnel pertaining to personal and professional conduct, (iii) attend workplace training offered by DIR and/or the DIR Customers at DIR's request, and (iv) otherwise conduct themselves in a businesslike manner.
Conduct and Compliance. 6.1. The Team acknowledges and agrees to comply with: a. any “house rules”, code of conduct for the Kōkiri Programme issued by TWOA from time to time and also incorporate the TWOA values of Te Aroha, Te Whakapono, Ngā Ture and Kotahitanga. b. all rules, bylaws, regulations and governing legislation at all times during their participation in the Kōkiri Programme. c. all policies and procedures including but not limited to the Health, Safety and Wellbeing Policy, Data Security Policy and the No Smoking Policy. Copies of any of the policies and procedures referred to will be provided to the Team upon request by TWoA. d. The Team acknowledges and agrees to comply with all Health and Safety legislation and TWoA policies as follows: i. promptly notify and provide details to TWoA of any risk or hazards which the Team observes or becomes aware of at the Mangakōtukutuku Site or in connection with the Kōkiri Programme and/or any near miss, notifiable event, incident, injury, illness, or accident it becomes aware of at the Mangakōtukutuku Site or in connection with the Kōkiri Programme whether or not the same involves any TWoA equipment and/or TWoA Personnel; ii. provide TWoA with such assistance as may be necessary to conduct any health and safety review or investigation; iii. consult, cooperate and coordinate activities and facilitate engagement with TWoA any other persons (including all other Personnel, users, suppliers, service providers, and contractors to TWoA) to the extent that the parties have overlapping duties in relation to health and safety; and iv. where the Team is in control of the Mangakōtukutuku Site, take all practicable steps to ensure the safety of Personnel, and any other parties, including visitors, contractors, subcontractors, volunteers, service providers, the public, visitors to the Site and any areas under the control of the with the Team, and any person required to be on the Mangakōtukutuku Site. 6.2. The Team acknowledges and agrees that they will ensure that the Team and any authorised visitors will not disturb or cause any inconvenience to TWoA including their Personnel, users, suppliers, service providers, contractors, students and employees and their property.
Conduct and Compliance. 15.1 You agree to act in accordance with: (a) the National’s corporate principles and behaviours, as stated in the attached “Statement of Corporate Principles”; (b) the National’s Group Code of Conduct; (c) the National’s policies and procedures and internal controls that are applicable to you and your position; (d) all laws, regulations and obligations that are applicable to you and your position; and (e) all industry and self-regulatory codes of conduct that are applicable to you and your position. 15.2 You agree to act within the limits and authorities that are applicable to your position. 15.3 You agree to complete mandatory regulatory compliance training and, where it is a regulatory requirement, complete the mandatory accreditations applicable to your position. 15.4 You must at all times act honestly and in a manner that is consistent with the status of your position with the National. You agree to indemnify the National against any loss or damage it suffers as a result of any dishonest act by you, or any serious misconduct in carrying out your duties. 15.5 You must not at any time intentionally make any untrue statement in relation to the National or in relation to your employment with the National. After the cessation of your employment with the National, you must not represent that you are employed by or are connected with the National.

Conduct and Compliance. While at Kraft Sites or Kraft Facilities, Supplier Personnel shall (i) comply with the Kraft Rules and other rules and regulations regarding personal and professional conduct, including Kraft Labor Policies listed in Schedule 17.5, generally applicable to personnel at such Kraft Sites (and communicated to Supplier in writing or by any other means generally used by Kraft to disseminate such information to its employees or contractors), (ii) comply with reasonable requests of Kraft or the Eligible Recipients personnel pertaining to personal and professional conduct, (iii) attend workplace training offered by Kraft and/or the Eligible Recipients at Kraft’s request, and (iv) otherwise conduct themselves in a businesslike and professional manner. Provided Supplier has received reasonable notice from Kraft, Supplier shall ensure that any Supplier Personnel who provide Services at the applicable Kraft Site shall have passed background screening and drug testing to the extent such screening or testing is generally required of third party service providers performing work in such Kraft Sites for comparable periods of time, provided such requirement is permitted by applicable Law.

Conduct and Compliance. While at Customer Sites, HP-OMS Personnel will comply with the applicable rules and regulations regarding personal and professional conduct generally applicable to personnel at such Customer Sites, including but not limited to those rules which will affect HP-OMS' provision and/or delivery of the Operations Services, and of any subsequent changes thereto, provided they were advised to HP-OMS in advance and in writing or made available to HP- OMS Personnel by means generally used by Customer to disseminate such information to its employees or contractors. HP-OMS Personnel shall also comply with reasonable requests of Customer personnel pertaining to personal and professional conduct and otherwise conduct themselves in a businesslike manner. Conduct and Compliance. While at Ascension Health sites and Facilities, Supplier Personnel shall (i) comply with the Ascension Health Rules and other rules and regulations regarding personal and professional conduct, (ii) comply with reasonable requests of Eligible Recipient personnel pertaining to personal and professional conduct, (iii) attend workplace training offered by Ascension Health or the applicable Eligible Recipient at Ascension Health’s or such Eligible Recipient’s request, and (iv) otherwise conduct themselves in a businesslike manner.
