Common use of Frequency of Compensation Clause in Contracts

Frequency of Compensation. Unless hindered by events beyond the District's control and in accordance with the published Orange County Department of Education Time Schedule for School Payrolls: 14.10.1 All salaried employees shall be paid on the 10th and 25th of the month, unless that day falls on a holiday or weekend. If this should occur, the employee shall be paid on the last working day before the 10th or 25th. 14.10.2 Payroll issue dates shall be in accordance with the published Orange County Department of Education Time Schedule for School Payrolls.
