Frequency of Compensation. 4 Unless hindered by events beyond the District’s control: 5 a. All salaried employees shall be paid twice a month on or before the 6 10th and 25th of each month, and 7 b. All hourly employees shall be paid once a month on the 10th day of 8 the month. Notwithstanding the foregoing, the District will pay hourly 9 employees twice a month insofar as feasible and as consistent with 10 past practice.
