Frequency of Evaluation Short form employees shall be evaluated one (1) time per year, which evaluation shall be completed no later than June 1.
Frequency of Evaluations 36.2.1 Employee work performance will be evaluated during probationary and trial service periods and annually thereafter. If the supervisor identifies a performance concern during the evaluation period, the supervisor may provide feedback. The supervisor will provide written documentation to the employee with a copy kept in the supervisor’s working file.
Frequency of Meetings DBCT Management and the User acknowledge that it is intended that the User Committee meet on a quarterly basis and at such further times as participants in the User Committee agree.
Agency of Human Services The Agency of Human Services is responsible for overseeing all contracts and grants entered by any of its departments, boards, offices and business units, however denominated. The Agency of Human Services, through the business office of the Office of the Secretary, and through its Field Services Directors, will share with any named AHS-associated party to this Agreement oversight, monitoring and enforcement responsibilities. Party agrees to cooperate with both the named AHS-associated party to this contract and with the Agency of Human Services itself with respect to the resolution of any issues relating to the performance and interpretation of this Agreement, payment matters and legal compliance.
Insufficiency of Net Proceeds If the Net Proceeds are insufficient to pay in full the cost of any repair, restoration, modification or improvement referred to in Section 8.01, Lessee shall either (a) complete such replacement, repair, restoration, modification or improvement and pay any costs thereof in excess of the amount of the Net Proceeds, or (b) pay or cause to be paid to Lessor the amount of the then applicable Termination Value for the Equipment, and, upon such payment, the Lease Term shall terminate and Lessor’s security interest in the Equipment shall terminate as provided in Section 6.01 hereof. The amount of the Net Proceeds, if any, remaining after completing such repair, restoration, modification or improvement or after purchasing such Equipment shall be retained by Lessee. If Lessee shall make any payments pursuant to this Section, Lessee shall not be entitled to any reimbursement therefor from Lessor nor shall Lessee be entitled to any diminution of the amounts payable under Article IV.
Sufficiency of Funds Buyer has sufficient cash on hand or other sources of immediately available funds to enable it to make payment of the Purchase Price and consummate the transactions contemplated by this Agreement.
Frequency of Transfers We do not limit the number of funds transfers you may make; however, you may not make funds transfers in excess of the number of funds transfers allowed by the rules governing the applicable Accounts. We may from time to time for security and risk management reasons modify the limit, the frequency and the dollar amount of transfers you can make using our Service.
Frequency Your milk must be supplied on a consistent basis throughout the week on either a daily or skip-a-day basis as agreed by you and DFMC, except in emergencies. DFMC has no obligation to collect your milk more frequently than once per day, but may agree to do so from time to time. If, at DFMC’s election, your milk is collected more frequently than you require, no Gate Fees or charges will apply for the additional collections.
Right to Have Xxxxxxx Present (a) An employee shall have the right to have their xxxxxxx present at any discussion with supervisory personnel which the employee believes might be the basis of disciplinary action. Where a supervisor intends to interview an employee for disciplinary purposes, the supervisor shall make every effort to notify the employee in advance of the purpose of the interview in order that the employee may contact their xxxxxxx, providing that this does not result in an undue delay of the appropriate action being taken. This clause shall not apply to those discussions that are of an operational nature and do not involve disciplinary action.
Contractor’s Xxxxxxxx to City Compensation. The Contractor shall send invoices to the City on a monthly or bi-monthly basis for the amounts to be paid pursuant to this contract. Each invoice shall document, to the reasonable satisfaction of the City: such information as may be reasonably requested by the City. Within 60 days after the City receives an invoice, the City shall send the Contractor a check in payment for all undisputed amounts contained in the invoice.
