8.2. Major force is established by a competent authority. Force majeure exempts the contracting parties from fulfilling the obligations assumed by this contract, for the entire period in which it acts. The fulfillment of the contract will be suspended during the period of action of the force majeure, but without prejudice to the rights that were due to the parties until its appearance. The contracting party invoking force majeure has the obligation to notify the other party, within 5 days and in full, of its occurrence, and within 10 days to make available to it the supporting documents and to take any measures available to it. in order to limit the consequences. If force majeure acts or is deemed to act for more than one month, each party shall have the right to notify the other party of the full termination of this contract, without either party being able to claim damages from the other.
