Common use of Fringe Benefits and Perquisites Clause in Contracts

Fringe Benefits and Perquisites. During the Employment Period and so long as the Executive is employed by the Company, the Executive shall be entitled to the following additional fringe benefits: (i) The Company shall furnish to the Executive an automobile and shall pay all of the related expenses for gasoline, insurance, maintenance and repairs; (ii) The Company shall pay the initiation fee and the annual dues, assessments and other membership charges of the Executive for membership in a country club selected by the Executive; (iii) The Company shall provide paid vacation for four (4) weeks per year (or longer if permitted by the Company's policy), and (iv) The Company shall furnish to the Executive annual financial planning and tax preparation services. In addition, the Executive shall be entitled to receive such other fringe benefits in accordance with the plans, practices, programs and policies of the Company from time to time in effect, commensurate with his position and at least comparable to those received by other senior executives of the Company.

In addition, the Executive shall be entitled to receive such other fringe benefits in accordance with the plans, practices, programs and policies of the Company Corporation from time to time in effect, commensurate with his her position and at least comparable to those received by other senior executives of the CompanyCorporation.
