Front fog lamps of different types" are front fog lamps that differ in such essential respects as: 1.4.1. The trade name or xxxx: (a) Lamps bearing the same trade name or xxxx but produced by different manufacturers shall be considered as being of different types; (b) Lamps produced by the same manufacturer differing only by the trade name or xxxx shall be considered as being of the same type. 1.4.2. Different "Classes" (B or F3) identified by particular photometric provisions; 1.4.3. The characteristics of the optical system; (basic optical design, type/category of light source, LED module, etc.); 1.4.4. The inclusion of components capable of altering the optical effects by reflection, refraction, absorption and/ or deformation during operation and the variable intensity control, if any; 1.4.5. The category of filament lamp(s) used, as listed in UN Regulation No. 37, UN Regulation No. 99 and/or the LED module specific identification code(s) (if applicable); 1.4.6. However, a device intended for the installation on the left side of the vehicle and the corresponding device intended for the installation of the right side of the vehicle shall be considered to be of the same type.

  • Joint Funded Project with the Ohio Department of Transportation In the event that the Recipient does not have contracting authority over project engineering, construction, or right-of-way, the Recipient and the OPWC hereby assign certain responsibilities to the Ohio Department of Transportation, an authorized representative of the State of Ohio. Notwithstanding Sections 4, 6(a), 6(b), 6(c), and 7 of the Project Agreement, Recipient hereby acknowledges that upon notification by the Ohio Department of Transportation, all payments for eligible project costs will be disbursed by the Grantor directly to the Ohio Department of Transportation. A Memorandum of Funds issued by the Ohio Department of Transportation shall be used to certify the estimated project costs. Upon receipt of a Memorandum of Funds from the Ohio Department of Transportation, the OPWC shall transfer funds directly to the Ohio Department of Transportation via an Intra- State Transfer Voucher. The amount or amounts transferred shall be determined by applying the Participation Percentages defined in Appendix D to those eligible project costs within the Memorandum of Funds. In the event that the Project Scope is for right-of-way only, notwithstanding Appendix D, the OPWC shall pay for 100% of the right-of-way costs not to exceed the total financial assistance provided in Appendix C.

  • Registered Office and Resident Agent The Registered Office and Resident Agent of the Company shall be as designated in the initial Articles of Organization/Certificate of Organization or any amendment thereof. The Registered Office and/or Resident Agent may be changed from time to time. Any such change shall be made in accordance with the Statutes, or, if different from the Statutes, in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement. If the Resident Agent shall ever resign, the Company shall promptly appoint a successor agent.
