Period of the respective Phase, the Concessionaire, through its authorised representative, shall, no later than 7 (seven) days after the close of each month, furnish to the Authority and the Independent Panel a monthly report, in a mutually agreed format, stating in reasonable detail the list of Patients updated in accordance with Clause 19.1.2 above, and shall promptly give such other relevant information as may be required by the Independent Panel. In particular, such report shall separately identify and state in reasonable detail the defects and deficiencies that require rectification.
During Operation. Good site practice and noise management can significantly reduce the impact of maintenance activities on nearby NSRs. Regular inspection of the tunnels is essential to monitor the structural integrity and proper functioning of the drainage tunnel, which allows repairing of structural deterioration when it begins to develop. It is recommended that routine inspection shall be carried out at least two times per year for the drainage tunnel at the beginning and end of wet season from April to September.
