During Operation. Period of the respective Phase, the Concessionaire, through its authorised representative, shall, no later than 7 (seven) days after the close of each month, furnish to the Authority and the Independent Panel a monthly report, in a mutually agreed format, stating in reasonable detail the list of Patients updated in accordance with Clause 19.1.2 above, and shall promptly give such other relevant information as may be required by the Independent Panel. In particular, such report shall separately identify and state in reasonable detail the defects and deficiencies that require rectification.
