Front Yards. No building may be erected on any lot nearer than forty (40) feet to the front lot line.

Front Yards. Any part of a front yard of a lot or parcel not used for buildings, driveways or sidewalks shall be landscaped at the time improvements are placed upon the lot or parcel, and always before the close of the sale of a house. Every lot or parcel shall be landscaped in accordance with the plans submitted to and approved by the Review Committee. Landscape includes, but is not limited to, trees, shrubs, groundcovers, walkways, lighting and irrigation. For planting strip requirements, see R.O.W. Front Yards. No basketball goals, swing sets, portable for fixed, accessory structures, or fences shall be positioned closer to the street than the front building line, with the exception of on (1) driveway per lot.
Front Yards. Underground cable drops shall be buried at a minimum depth of twenty-four (24) inches when in rights-of-way and utility easements.

  • Number Resources, Rate Center Areas and Routing Points 13.1 Nothing in this Agreement shall be construed to limit or otherwise adversely affect in any manner either Party’s right to employ or to request and be assigned any Central Office Codes (“NXX”) pursuant to the Central Office Code Assignment Guidelines and any relevant FCC or Commission orders, as may be amended from time to time, or to establish, by Tariff or otherwise, Rate Center Areas and Routing Points corresponding to such NXX codes.

  • Parking and Transportation ‌ The Union agrees that during the life of this Agreement, the University may apply changes in transportation policy, including adjusting parking and U-Pass fees and criteria for assigning parking spots, to the bargaining unit without the obligation to bargain with the Union. The Union may raise issues and concerns about the University’s parking program at Joint Labor/Management Committee meetings or at ad hoc Labor Management Committee meetings. The Union shall have a standing seat on the University’s committee(s) that work on transportation and parking issues.

  • Summer Session A. All ASEs employed in the Summer Session shall receive the same general range adjustment as ASEs received in the preceding Fall term.

  • Trench Rock Trench rock is defined as any material that must be removed from a trench that cannot be excavated with a hydraulic excavator having a bucket curling force rated at not less than 18,300 pounds (Caterpillar Model 215 or equivalent) and occupies an original volume of at least one-half cubic yard.

  • Pavement The combined surface course, base course, and subbase course, if any, considered as a single unit.

  • Drainage Systems (1) Clear culvert inlets, outlets, and sediment catching basins.

  • ROAD DIMENSIONS Purchaser shall perform road work in accordance with the dimensions shown on the TYPICAL SECTION SHEET and the specifications within this road plan.
