Fronting Bank Fee. The Borrower or the applicable Qualified Borrower shall pay any Fronting Bank, for its own account, a fee (a "Fronting Bank Fee") at a rate per annum equal to the greater of (i) .125% of the issued and undrawn amount of such Letter of Credit and (ii) $250, which fee shall be in addition to and not in lieu of, the Letter of Credit Fee. The Fronting Bank Fee shall be payable in arrears on each January 1, April 1, July 1 and October 1 during the Term.

Fronting Bank Fee. The relevant Borrower shall, in respect of each Letter of Credit, pay to the Fronting Bank a fee in the amounts and at the times agreed between such Fronting Bank and the Borrower.

In addition, Borrower shall pay directly to the Fronting Bank for its own account, the customary processing fees, charges and expenses of the Fronting Bank in connection with the issuance, administration or extension of letters of credit as from time to time in effect.

The Fronting Bank Fee shall be payable in arrears on each January 1, April 1, July 1 and October 1 during the Availability Period.
