Fuel Tankering. ABX will reasonably cooperate with DHL in seeking to maximize fuel purchases at particular locations in order to avoid paying a higher price at down-line locations (also referred to as “fuel tankering”). DHL will provide ABX with fuel cost information to assist ABX in identifying fuel tankering opportunities.
Fuel Tankering. Sun Country and the applicable Sun Country Providers will use commercially reasonable efforts to maximize fuel purchases at optimized locations based on the Flight Schedule in order to avoid paying a higher price at down-line locations.
Fuel Tankering. Hawaiian and the applicable Hawaiian Providers will use commercially reasonable efforts to maximize fuel purchases at optimized locations based on the Flight Schedule in order to minimize overall net fuel expense.
Fuel Tankering. Airborne Global and the applicable Airborne Global Providers will use best efforts to maximize fuel purchases at optimized locations based on the Flight Schedule in order to avoid paying a higher price at down-line locations.
